Customer Refunds during Coronavirus

If you have Enlit Summit tickets and the event is cancelled or postponed, we will contact you to offer you a refund.

If you have COVID-19 symptoms, have been told to self-isolate or tested positive for COVID-19, please do not come to the event.

If your travel plans change because you’ve tested positive for Covid; have to self-isolate; or travel restrictions mean you are unable to get to the event, you can get a refund in full for Enlit Leadership Summit tickets.  An admin fee charged by our ticket registration provider, Lup Tix may apply.

To request a refund please email energy@talk2.media with your name, email and reason for requiring a refund. We will aim to respond to you by email within 48 hours.

The following refund arrangements apply:

  • You may apply for a ticket refund up to four weeks from the last day that the ticket was valid.
  • A small admin fee to refund the ticket will apply which is charged by Lup, our ticket registration provider.
  • We will process your refund within one month (30 days) of receiving it
